As part of our social value programme, the Aston Group 'Pipeline To Employment' programme extends our commitment by supporting local people into work with ourselves or other employers.

    Aston Group are proud of being able to support and educate our local communities by offering apprenticeships as part of our long term contracts.

    Aston Group offer up to 12 week internships in various departments across the business
  • Pre-employment Training

    Aston Group deliver a selection of pre-employment training workshops and courses to upskill and support local residents into employment
  • 1-2-1 and Group Mentoring

    We offer bespoke 1-2-1 mentoring sessions, which can be delivered to both groups and individuals.
  • Work Experience Placements

    Aston Group offer up to six week paid and unpaid work placements in various departments across the business.
  • Job and Careers Fairs

    Aston Group attend job and careers fairs each year at local schools, colleges, libraries and job centres
  • Insight Days

    Aston Group provide insight days to promote roles within the Construction, Building Services and Facilities Management sector.
