Job and Careers Fairs

Aston Group attend multiple Job and Careers Fairs each year at local schools, colleges, libraries and job centres. We are able to promote our live vacancies, whilst giving advice on career paths and routes, discussing the necessary qualifications and opportunities such as apprenticeships.

Engaging with the community is a perfect way to raise awareness of the vast breadth and scope of roles that can be undertaken within the Building Services and Facilities Management industry, many of whom are commonly unknown. It allows us to showcase our pre-employment and apprenticeship programmes, and identify up and coming local talent, whilst giving residents the confidence to engage and approach our trained operatives and staff for advice and apply for employment.
