Hackney Council is issuing this Invitation to Tender in connection with the Procurement of the main contractor for Ridley Villas Refurbishment project. This project will upgrade the property and increase its capacity from 44 to 56 units (a 12 unit increase), with the addition of ensuites improving resident accommodation.
