The Works
Our scope of works includes:
- Refurbishment of 34 flats, including new kitchens, wet rooms, flooring, full decoration, and new electrical works.
- Installation and connection of new kitchen appliances, ensuring each home is safe, comfortable, and modernised for residents.
- Communal upgrades, including refurbishment of the lounge, toilets, bathrooms, flooring, and decorations.
- Reconfiguration and upgrade of the laundry room with new commercial appliances.
- External improvements, including replacement of the roof, soffits, fascias, and gutters.
