The Works

The project comprises the upgrade of the existing plantroom and pipe runs to the flats, while keeping the existing system running, enabling works will be required outlined in the design to allow the new system to be installed around this.

Within the flats a new Heat Interface Unit (HIU) and boosted cold water will provide instant un-stored heating, hot and cold water, replacing the existing systems. The building will have a new sprinkler system installed with a new sprinkler tank being installed in one of the undercroft car parking spaces within the parking area of the building
