Winter's Court Project Win
We’re delighted to announce that Aston Group has been awarded the Winter's Court Sheltered Scheme Refurbishment project by our valued client, London Borough of Waltham Forest.
Located in Chingford, this £1.6m project represents another significant step forward in our ongoing partnership with Waltham Forest to improve and modernise housing across the borough.
Our scope of works includes:
- Refurbishment of 34 flats, including new kitchens, wet rooms, flooring, full decoration, and new electrical works.
- Installation and connection of new kitchen appliances, ensuring each home is safe, comfortable, and modernised for residents.
- Communal upgrades, including refurbishment of the lounge, toilets, bathrooms, flooring, and decorations.
- Reconfiguration and upgrade of the laundry room with new commercial appliances.
- External improvements, including replacement of the roof, soffits, fascias, and gutters.
This project will deliver meaningful improvements for residents — enhancing comfort, accessibility, and energy efficiency, while extending the lifespan of this vital sheltered housing scheme.
