We're delighted to welcome Robert Wells to Aston Group as our new Head of Projects

Aston Group is delighted to welcome Rob Wells as our new Head of Projects, further strengthening our leadership team as we continue to grow and deliver high-quality projects across the social housing and construction sectors.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Rob has built an impressive career delivering refurbishment, regeneration, building safety, retrofit and new-build projects for Tier 1 contractors, specialist subcontractors and social housing providers throughout the UK.

His expertise spans Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs), cladding remediation, SHDF retrofit programmes, fire safety improvements, renewable energy schemes and planned maintenance works. Throughout his career, Rob has remained focused on delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

Speaking about his appointment, Rob said:

As Head of Projects, Rob will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams, strengthening client relationships and helping to ensure successful outcomes for both clients and residents.
