Welcoming Michael to the Aston Group team
We are delighted to introduce Michael, who joins us as Head of Commercial — a fantastic addition to the Senior Leadership Team.
Michael brings over 15 years' experience across social housing, commercial and public sector and property services, with a strong background in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying. He has a proven track record of leading the growth and commercial performance of multi-million pound operations, with expertise spanning financial governance, reporting, risk management and team development across Planned Maintenance, Decarbonisation, Fire Protection and Responsive Repairs.
Michael is known for his pragmatic, relationship-led approach and his ability to drive clear commercial visibility, sustainable growth and strong collaboration between Operational and Commercial teams — values that align perfectly with how we work at Aston Group.
