Aston Group celebrate International Women’s Day
Aston Group celebrate International Women’s Day at the Women in Construction Event held at the prestigious RAC Club in Pall Mall hosted by The Worshipful Company Of Constructors
Our Director of People and Comms, Julie Dunn, was accompanied by Lisa, our domestic gas apprentice, to participate in this important discussion.
We connected with industry leaders, shared personal experiences, and discussed how we can break down barriers and create more opportunities for women to thrive in construction.
We have an opportunity to help change the landscape within construction and Aston Group is excited to be part of that.

The conversation focused on the importance of empowering women to join and excel in the industry. Together, we explored ways to provide better support, mentorship and training to ensure that women, across all stages of their career, have equal access to opportunities and a clear path to leadership roles.
At Aston Group, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce, where everyone has the chance to build a successful career, regardless of gender. We’re proud to be part of this movement and will continue advocating for positive change in the construction sector.
