The Works
Kirkstead Court is a five storey residential building consisting of a main building and annex.
The project proposal is to replace the heating and domestic water systems that serve this building. The project will involve the provision of mechanical and electrical services to Kirkstead Court.
This will entail the relocation and installation of a new boiler house for the block, including implementation of air source heat pumps to the ground floor and solar PV to the roof space.
Heat interface units, radiators, time and temperature controls will be installed in each individual property of the block. The builders work will include and not limited to the construction of a new external plant room. BMS will be installed in the new plant room.
